Deposits are non-refundable. Once we have received your deposit, you are invited to change the name of your pup. A big part of our goal is to provide each puppy with a smooth adjustment to their new home. As such, we begin recognizing each one by name. When they arrive at your home, it is our hope that you can hit the ground running with things like potty training and coming back to you (recall).
